Project Summary
Rancho Bio Sciences is a contract research organization (CRO) specializing in preclinical study design, biospecimen procurement, and AI-ready research datasets for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Their audience is highly technical — researchers, study directors, and procurement leads at major pharma companies — so the website needed to communicate scientific rigor without sacrificing approachability.
I built the site on HubSpot CMS, developing custom modules for the homepage, product/service pages, and their AI-Ready Datasets product line. The datasets product page required a particularly structured layout that communicated data specifications, collection standards, regulatory compliance, and intended use cases — all in a format that busy researchers could scan quickly and find what they needed.
Custom HubSpot modules were built with configurable fields for scientific specifications, application areas, and download CTAs — giving the content team flexibility to update product details without a developer. The blog was set up as a scientific thought leadership channel with category filtering and a related posts module.
HubSpot forms were configured at multiple conversion points with appropriate lead routing based on inquiry type (study design request vs. biospecimen procurement vs. datasets). The contact and quote request forms were connected to HubSpot CRM workflows for automated follow-up. All pages were built with technical SEO in mind, including structured data for the organization and proper canonicalization across product variants.
