Buy and Bill

Buy and Bill serves specialty medical practices — oncology, rheumatology, and infusion centers — by consulting on the buy-and-bill reimbursement model for physician-administered drugs. The client needed a professional website that communicated their niche expertise clearly to a highly specific healthcare audience, including practice administrators and billing managers.

I built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro, keeping the design clean, corporate, and easy to scan for busy healthcare professionals. The homepage lays out the value proposition quickly, followed by a services section explaining how the buy-and-bill consulting process works, who benefits, and what the engagement looks like. A resource section was included with downloadable guides and a newsletter signup — the latter being a key lead nurturing tool.

Content architecture was a central focus, as the niche terminology needed to be accessible without being dumbed down. I worked closely with the client to ensure the language hit the right tone for their audience. ACF custom fields were used throughout to make content blocks editable, and the contact page includes a scoped inquiry form asking practice type and current challenges.

The newsletter integration was configured with Mailchimp, syncing new subscribers automatically. The site was delivered mobile-first and optimized for quick load times given the professional audience likely browsing during work hours on various devices.
