5 Axis Health

5 Axis Health is a functional health platform built around the concept that optimal wellness requires addressing five interconnected health axes: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and connection. The platform offers programs, coaching, and content organized around this framework. Their website needed to communicate this unique framework clearly and use it as an organizing principle for all content and services.

I built the site in Webflow with the Five Axis framework as the visual and conceptual backbone of the entire experience. The homepage introduces the framework early — a graphic showing the five axes with brief explanations — before presenting how the platform addresses each dimension. This gives visitors a mental model for understanding the product before they encounter any sales messaging.

The solutions section is organized by axis, with each of the five categories having a dedicated page explaining the science behind it, how 5 Axis Health addresses it, and what the outcome looks like for a program participant. This structure also supports long-tail SEO by creating topically authoritative content on each health domain.

The program enrollment flow was built as a multi-section page that progresses from framework education → program overview → pricing → FAQ → enrollment CTA. Webflow CMS was used for the blog with axis-based content categorization, reinforcing the framework across all content touchpoints. Progress indicators and outcome statistics are animated with scroll triggers throughout to maintain engagement on longer content sections.
