The RCM industry is crowded and commodity-driven, so the website needed to differentiate TrustPoint on expertise, transparency, and accountability — not just price.
I built the site in Webflow with a design that communicates reliability and precision — appropriate for a company handling the financial infrastructure of medical practices. The homepage leads with a pain-point framing: most practices are losing 15-20% of revenue to billing errors and denials. This immediately connects with the target audience and positions TrustPoint as the solution.
The services section breaks down the RCM workflow — patient eligibility verification, claims submission, denial management, payment posting, and reporting — with each step explained clearly for practice managers and physicians who may not be billing experts. Client outcome statistics are featured prominently as proof points.
A comparison section was built to position TrustPoint against in-house billing teams and generic outsourced solutions, demonstrating value across cost, accuracy, and visibility metrics. The resources section hosts downloadable guides on billing best practices and denial prevention, serving as both lead magnets and SEO assets. All forms were connected to their CRM with automated welcome sequences for new inquiries. The Webflow CMS was configured for the blog and resources section to allow ongoing content publishing.
