Buds Technology

Buds Technology is a healthcare SaaS company behind two products — Eligibility-Assist and Audit-Scan — designed to streamline medical billing workflows through automation and AI. They needed a HubSpot CMS website that not only presented their products clearly but also integrated seamlessly with their marketing and sales funnel.

I handled the complete HubSpot CMS build — designing and developing custom modules for the homepage, product pages, blog, and landing pages. Each product (Eligibility-Assist and Audit-Scan) received a dedicated page with feature breakdowns, use case sections, and demo request CTAs. The design was kept clean and B2B-appropriate, using data visualizations and icons to explain complex technical capabilities in plain language.

Custom HubSpot modules were built with repeater fields, allowing the marketing team to update content without touching code. I also set up press release HTML email templates for their product announcements, styled to match brand guidelines and render correctly across all major email clients. HubSpot analytics tracking, contact segmentation, and email campaign structures were configured to support their outbound marketing workflows.

The blog listing and post templates were built to support long-form content and feature articles, helping them build topical authority in the healthcare technology space. The entire project was delivered iteratively with regular checkpoint reviews to incorporate client feedback efficiently.
